CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES

On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m.

On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m.

The office for document registration, payment processing, and various information/communications is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• At check in, the following are required:

• Identification documents for registration

• For minors, if unaccompanied, authorization signed by parents/guardians

• Tourist tax

• Security deposit of € 250 in cash or credit card

• ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED

PARKING

Each apartment has No. 1 parking space available within the residence's fenced courtyard.

LINENS

Sheets and towels can be brought in freely from home, or use those provided included in the rental price.

Any request for a change of linen must be made upon arrival and has a cost of €15.00 per person

CLEANING

Final cleaning is included in the rental fee but does not include dishwashing and garbage collection

It is not allowed to hang towels on the balconies. Each apartment is equipped with a clothesline.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

fees are per unit; apartments may not be used for more than 4 people for two-room apartments and 5 for three-room apartments.

Payments will be made with a deposit equal to 50% of the rent at the time of booking and with the balance to be paid 21 days before arrival.

Security Deposit € 250,00

Apartments may be occupied from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the Saturday of departure.

Prices are exclusive of Tourist Tax - €.2,00 per person.

SUPPLEMENTS :

Replacement of Bed and Bath linen Euro 15.00 per person per change

Final cleaning is included in the price of the stay, but does not include dishwashing and garbage collection.

Cleaning of the kitchenette on departure(including dishes and free of garbage) charged to the guest on departure, or an extra charge of Euro 50.00 will be applied
